Brooke Terrell combined a passion for helping others and an interest in real estate to become a licensed agent in 2014 before recently joining the Prime Properties team. Prior to her real estate career, Brooke spent ten years as a Kindergarten teacher in Sheldon ISD. I believe buying or selling a home is a significant financial decision that requires time and patience. I am not one to push a decision or demand quick answers, says Brooke. My role as a real estate agent is to advise my clients as they navigate the buying or selling process. A resident of the Sugar Land area since 2012, Brooke is married and has two beautiful children. She has served as a chair on the PTA and as a volunteer for the Fort Bend Junior Service League. In her spare time, she enjoys pickleball and working out. Brooke graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to the Fort Bend County area, Brooke is also knowledgeable about Pasadena, Webster, Midtown, Medical Center and Memorial Heights after living in each submarket for an extended period.
